Our purpose
Redesmere is an independent digital transformation professional services business specialising in cloud transition, legacy decommissioning and delivery enablement for large, complex government estates.
We are an SME by headcount but operate at programme scale, leading major transformation work such as the Department for Work and Pensions’ Hybrid Hosting Transformation (HHT) and OPH cloud transition.
Our teams are small, senior, and hand-picked. We focus on building internal capability and sustainable delivery models, not on maximising billable headcount.

How we work
We help our clients to deliver complex, business-critical digital transformation programmes by tailoring our services to our clients’ specific requirements.
We work client-side or supply-side and establish appropriate commercial arrangements using outcome-based or resource-based contracts.
We mobilise multi-disciplinary teams with the capabilities, skills, experience and (where needed) clearance levels (BPSS, SC and DV) that are required.
We focus on the achievement of our clients’ business cases through proactive leadership, technical knowledge, pragmatism, risk management and innovation.
We work collaboratively with our clients’ ecosystems of suppliers.
