We’re proud to announce our new charity partnership with Spread A Smile. 

Spread A Smile delivers in-person hospital visits, virtual sessions and special events for seriously ill children across the UK. From magicians and musicians to artists and therapy dogs, they bring moments of joy and laughter to children and families during some of the most challenging times.  

Their mission is to provide vital opportunities for distraction, meaningful engagement, and the chance for seriously ill children to enjoy being a child.  

This year, we’re aiming to raise £6,120 to fund a Spread A Smile therapy dog, supporting their visits to children in hospitals and hospices.  

We kicked things off last week with our first fundraising initiative – a team World Cup sweepstake. Throughout the year, the whole Redesmere team will be getting involved through fundraising events, personal challenges, and team activities to support this incredible cause. 

We have already contributed £4,000 which will will provide 23 hand-painted radiotherapy masks at the Christie.  We’ll share updates, including photos of the masks where possible, as well as stories demonstrating the positive difference they have made to children and their families.

We can’t wait to see what we can achieve together over the coming year, because every child deserves a smile.
