A Decade of Innovation and Growth
While our team has extensive experience gained over many years with leading professional services and technology businesses, our work is very much focused on the future and navigating the complexity and benefits of the new, innovative digital technologies.
We have grown steadily since we were established in 2015 and our work spans digital strategy, risk management, delivery, and cloud transformation.
Driving Digital Transformation
A landmark project, and perhaps what we’re best known for is a major digital transformation programme with a large Central Government Department.
We have worked closely with this client for several years as they have navigated their digital transformation journey. We have helped them to exit from large, long-standing outsourced contracts by moving critical national services to their own data centres, establishing internal digital engineering teams and then migrating these services from the data centres to modern cloud-based platforms.
The Department is now the most advanced of the major Central Government Departments, with over 82% of production workloads now hosted in cloud.
This achievement was recognised by us jointly being awarded the “Cloud Project of the Year” at the Real Innovation Technology Awards in 2024.
This work has already delivered substantial benefits across a spectrum of measures including major cost savings, service quality improvements and vulnerability reductions.
Our work continues, with the objective of exiting the data centres completely in 2028.
